The commonly accepted solution is to let the coffee "rest", which allows the beans to degas to the point where the coffee consistently extracts all the desired flavours and aromas — in almost every single cup!
So please mind the roasting date printed on our packaging:
Arabica coffees
7–30 days
from the roasting date
Coffees with robusta
10–60 days
from the roasting date
We must stress that this is not a shelf life, but our perfectionist recommendation for the perfect taste of the treasure inside each of our bags.
